SOLD to a young showjumper
Bellhaven Cardentice Sire - Cardento (Capitol / Ladykiller xx ) Dam - Mighty Pride xx (Pride of Kalina) DOB - 16 / 11 / 2006 Level - 3* (now known as 4*) Spectacularly bred by Deb Heindl of Bellhaven Stud, Dentice came to me in 2014 with a view to pursuing a career in eventing after having started life as a Showjumper. Despite his pony-like exterior, he has attitude and bravado aplenty and took to his new occupation with gusto. Within two year he was in the highest levels, placing 4th at his first 3* start (now known as 4*). Unfortunately Cardentice incurred an injury soon after, and although he was given the best veterinary treatment and followed a thorough rehabilitation regime, it was decided it was in his best interests to not return to eventing. Instead he has returned to his showjumping roots, giving his new rider their firsts tastes of Yound Rider classes. |
Red Sun Rising (.s.)
Sire - Mr Bombastic Dam - Tumbling II DOB - 2 / 2 / 2000 The horse that started it all. Khass, as a rather ferral 3 year old, was my 18th birthday present. She was not flash, she was moody, but I loved her to bits. SHe loved to jump and had a huge heart for it, but battled soundness issues throughout her career. Before being retired prematurely due to prolonged injury, she took me out of pony club to CCI**. In a freak paddock accident, Khassy lost her life in the winter of 2012. |

Gallic Consort .s.
Sire - Kirby Park Nantamboo Dam - TB DOB - 13/12/2010 By the same sire as my eventing mare Irish Consort, Yolli is particularly special as she is the mother of my first home bred foal (see future stars.) After giving me this beautiful Colt, I started her under saddle and she has since been sold to a talented up and coming young rider. |
HB Scrabble .s.
Sire - Sir Donnerhall Dam - Checkers xx DOB - 1/ 1 / 2009 Bred by Hollands Bend Warmblood with the very best of imported dressage bloodlines. Scrabble came to me as a weanling, and I started him undersaddle as a three-year old. A true pleasure to ride and train, but his phenomenal paces belong in the pure dressage dicipline. He has since been sold to a competetive dressage home in Victoria. |
Kirby Park Irish Smurf
Sire - Kirby Park Irish Jorden Dam - Twig Moss Owned by Ella Shaw, I had the privilege of campaigning Smurf for the 2012 season. A very very cool little horse who loves her jumping. Working with her was a great deal of fun. Smurf placed in all three of her first pre-novice starts, and from there was sold to a loving pony club rider in Victoria. |
